Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Strategy Consultant Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI strategies for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and success. This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of AI strategies for our clients, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for implementing AI solutions.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of AI solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor and track the performance of AI solutions, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and industry trends to continuously improve our AI strategy consulting services.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI strategy consulting, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful AI strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementation as needed.
