Salary: $228000 - $288000

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Systems Manager to join our growing team. As a Robotics Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all robotic systems within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, software development, and operations to ensure the successful integration and operation of robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robotic systems
• Develop and implement strategies for the integration of robotic systems into our existing processes and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation and optimization using robotics technology
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics technology to continuously improve our systems and processes
• Create and maintain documentation, including system specifications and operating procedures, for all robotic systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols for the operation of robotic systems
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies
• Develop and manage budgets and timelines for the implementation and maintenance of robotic systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team for the operation and maintenance of robotic systems
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for the procurement of necessary components and services related to robotic systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics engineering or a related field
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers and technicians
• Strong knowledge of robotics systems, including hardware and software components
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, and ROS
• Experience with CAD software for designing robotic systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols for the operation of robotic systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
