Position Overview: Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Strategy Manager to join our team. As a Data Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies to drive our business forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and lead the development and execution of data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, strategic thinking, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data utilization and create data-driven solutions
• Lead the development and execution of data initiatives and projects
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security
• Work with senior management to communicate data strategy, progress, and results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve the company's data strategy
• Manage a team of data analysts and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of data projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage data resources and capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, strategy, or related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
