Position: IT Infrastructure Lead Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Lead Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure strategies, as well as managing a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure systems.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of all IT infrastructure components.
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify infrastructure needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve the company's IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability of critical IT systems.
• Monitor infrastructure usage and capacity to identify and address potential issues before they impact the company's operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, storage, and security.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to IT infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft, are preferred.
