Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Process Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT processes within our organization. This is a critical role as you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations, while also implementing and maintaining industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT processes, procedures, and policies to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems
• Collaborate with other IT teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Monitor and analyze IT processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across different departments
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and identify any potential risks or gaps
• Develop and maintain documentation for all IT processes and procedures, and ensure they are up to date
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce manual efforts
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements
• Continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT processes and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of IT processes and best practices
• Experience with process automation and improvement initiatives
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with ITIL framework and certification is a plus
