Salary: $115 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions to support our company's operations and strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements
• Design and implement data solutions to support business operations and strategic goals
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
• Create and manage data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights and provide recommendations for improvement
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions
• Develop and implement data quality control processes and procedures
• Work with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Train and educate team members on data solutions and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data analytics, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts
• Proficient in SQL and other database querying languages
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with data integration tools, such as Informatica or Talend
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
