Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies for our AI systems in collaboration with the AI development team.
Lead a team of AI Operations Specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure effective execution of operational tasks.
Monitor the performance and functionality of AI systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Continuously analyze and optimize the operational processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI systems with other business processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, including standard operating procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in AI technology and provide recommendations for their implementation in our systems.
Train and mentor team members on AI operations and ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage the budget for AI operations, including software licenses, hardware, and other operational expenses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
Knowledge of database management and data analytics.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
