About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As a leading company in the Information Technology & Services, we place a strong emphasis on the security of our IT infrastructure and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our IT security architecture to ensure the protection of our company's critical assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT security architecture framework, policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of security solutions for new and existing systems, applications, and networks.
• Conduct security risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security controls are integrated into the development and deployment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
• Lead the incident response team and manage security incidents, including performing forensic analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Create and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability and integrity of our IT systems.
• Oversee the implementation of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Manage security audits and assessments, both internal and external, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in IT security architecture, with at least years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing security solutions for complex systems and networks.
• Excellent understanding of network security protocols, encryption technologies, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Proven experience in conducting security risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or SANS GIAC, are highly desirable.
