Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ethical guidelines and policies for AI projects, in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential ethical risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Conduct regular ethical assessments of AI systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI ethics and incorporate any changes into company policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and training to team members on ethical best practices in AI.
Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as government agencies and regulatory bodies, on matters related to AI ethics.
Participate in industry conferences and events to promote ethical AI practices and represent the company's stance on the subject.
Lead the development of ethical AI-related research and publications, both internally and externally.
Monitor and report on the company's adherence to ethical guidelines and policies, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of AI ethics, with a proven track record of developing and implementing ethical guidelines and policies.
Strong understanding of AI and its potential ethical risks.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to AI ethics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to think critically and make sound decisions in complex ethical situations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
