Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Lead

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Technical Delivery Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Delivery Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for all technical delivery activities and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the expected quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance future project delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
