Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Warehouse Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions. This is a leadership role that will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our data warehouse infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of our data warehouse architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation related to the data warehouse
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Design and implement data security and access controls for the data warehouse
• Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and architecture
• Mentor and train junior team members in data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data warehouse infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure
• Lead data warehouse project planning, estimation, and resource allocation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data warehousing and architecture
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing tools such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g. AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
