Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Monitoring Manager to join our dynamic team. As the IT Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks, identifying and resolving any issues, and proactively monitoring for potential problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for monitoring the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of monitoring tools and systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
• Lead a team of IT monitoring specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient operation of the company's IT systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring procedures and protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and upgrades to the company's monitoring systems.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures in case of system failures.
• Conduct regular audits of the company's IT infrastructure to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with senior management to provide regular updates on the status of IT monitoring activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT monitoring, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of network and server monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and Zabbix.
• Experience with cloud-based monitoring solutions, such as AWS CloudWatch or Azure Monitor.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in developing disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Certifications in IT monitoring and management, such as ITIL or CMNO, are a plus.
