Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Process Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Robotics Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and effective robotic solutions for our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop automated solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robotic systems to automate processes and tasks within our company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct process audits to identify areas for automation and develop action plans to implement robotic solutions.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including manuals, operating procedures, and technical specifications.
• Train and support team members on the proper use and maintenance of robotic systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in robotics technology.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize robotic processes, including reducing cycle time, increasing throughput, and improving quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of robotics systems, programming, and automation technology.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with CAD software and 3D modeling.
• Familiarity with automation equipment and tools, such as PLC, HMI, and sensors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
