Salary: $138 Per hour

As the Data Integration Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and availability for analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data integration specialists and oversee their daily activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data integration needs and requirements
• Develop and implement data integration strategies and processes to ensure efficient and accurate data flow
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes to ensure data quality and consistency
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in data integration
• Plan and manage data integration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies and techniques
• Train and mentor team members on data integration best practices and tools
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data integration needs and provide solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integration processes align with overall data architecture and security standards
• Create and maintain documentation of data integration processes, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, tools, and techniques
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS
• Familiarity with SQL and other programming languages
• Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices
