Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases for our big data solutions
Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data analytics applications
Use a variety of tools and techniques to perform both manual and automated testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and procedures
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in big data testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in big data testing
Strong understanding of big data concepts and technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL
Proficient in scripting languages, such as Python or Java, for test automation
Experience with testing tools, such as Selenium, JMeter, or Cucumber
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies and tools in the big data space
