Position: Digital Systems Lead

Salary: $310000 - $360000

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Systems Lead to join our team. As the Digital Systems Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our organization's digital systems and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our digital platforms, as well as drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into digital system strategies and initiatives
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's digital systems, including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms
• Oversee the integration of various digital systems and ensure seamless functionality
• Manage a team of developers, designers, and other digital professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our digital systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, coordinating with IT and other teams as necessary
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of digital messaging and campaigns
• Develop and manage budgets for digital systems and projects
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and effectiveness of digital systems and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with various digital systems, including web development, content management systems, and mobile apps
• Experience with project management and agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools is a plus
