Job Description: As a Data Operations Specialist Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our company's data operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of data operations specialists and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of data throughout the organization. Your expertise in data management, analysis, and problem-solving will be essential in driving the success of our data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
• Develop and implement data management processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of our company's data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and requirements and provide solutions to optimize data operations.
• Monitor and analyze data quality, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data mapping, and data flow diagrams, to ensure a clear understanding of our data and its usage.
• Continuously assess and improve data operations, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and operations, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, tools, and techniques, including data quality, data modeling, and data governance.
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, patterns, and solutions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
