Salary: $190000 - $240000

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team. As the IT Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our company's IT infrastructure. This includes managing hardware and software systems, network and server infrastructure, and ensuring the overall performance, availability, and security of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and effective management of our company's IT infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking devices.
• Ensure the availability and performance of all IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and maintain the security of our IT infrastructure, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and other security measures.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and integration with existing systems.
• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services for the company's IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for the company's IT infrastructure, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Train and support end-users on the effective and efficient use of IT systems and applications.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the company's IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with managing and maintaining hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
• Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Experience with security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
