Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an AI integration strategy and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Lead a team of developers and engineers in the integration of AI solutions into our systems and processes.
• Work closely with business leaders to identify areas where AI technology can add value and optimize processes.
• Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology to inform integration decisions.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to identify and implement the most suitable AI solutions for our organization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines for AI integration projects.
• Ensure that all AI integration projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of AI integration projects.
• Train and support team members on the proper use and maintenance of AI systems and processes.
• Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards related to AI integration and ensure that the organization remains compliant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on AI integration.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI integration projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technology, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience working with AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, Keras, and Azure ML.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to AI integration is a plus.
