Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Solutions Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies and a proven track record of managing successful automation projects. As the Automation Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automation solutions, from design and implementation to maintenance and support. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, project management, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and implement automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine the viability of automation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for automation initiatives and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of automation tools, systems, and software.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all automation projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Create and maintain documentation for all automation processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of automation tools and systems, such as RPA, AI, and machine learning.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
