Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of technical programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the successful delivery of projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with external vendors and partners to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks along the way.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
• Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our programs remain competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical program management role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Experience in the software or technology industry is highly desirable.
