Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for teaching and developing others? Do you have experience in designing and delivering effective training programs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an IT Training Manager.

As the IT Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our employees to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. You will work closely with the HR and IT departments to identify training needs and design customized programs to meet those needs. Your main goal will be to ensure that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize our company's technological resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and IT departments to identify training needs and develop training plans to address those needs.
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Deliver training programs to employees through a variety of methods, such as classroom instruction, online learning, and one-on-one coaching.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry to ensure that our training programs are relevant and effective.
• Manage the training budget and negotiate contracts with external training providers.
• Maintain training records and provide reports to management on the progress and success of training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years of experience in training and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• In-depth knowledge of various training and development methodologies.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
