Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's complex IT systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems including hardware, software, and networking components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new systems and applications into our existing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all systems and processes.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our systems are utilizing the most efficient and effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on systems and applications.
• Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and make recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, server administration, and virtualization.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware are a plus.
