Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation strategies and solutions in collaboration with various business units.
Identify automation opportunities and conduct feasibility studies to determine the potential impact and benefits.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines to effectively execute automation initiatives.
Lead a team of automation specialists to ensure the timely delivery of projects and support for ongoing automation activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or related roles.
Proven experience in leading automation projects and managing teams.
Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies such as RPA, AI, and machine learning.
