Key Responsibilities:

Develop, document and maintain IT processes and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and company standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement
Lead process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, analysis, and implementation of solutions
Monitor and track process performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
Develop and maintain process performance metrics and reports for management review
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
Provide training and support to team members on new or updated processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT process management to identify opportunities for improvement
Act as the main point of contact for all process-related inquiries and escalations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process management or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of IT process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or Agile
Proficient in process mapping and documentation tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in process automation and optimization
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Certification in process improvement methodologies is a plus
