Salary: $228000 - $288000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Technical Delivery Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the delivery process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within budget delivery of technical solutions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and analysts to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of technical solutions
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure that all technical solutions meet client requirements and are free of any bugs or errors
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients post-delivery, addressing any technical issues that may arise
• Document all technical processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in future deliveries
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the delivery process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical delivery or project management role
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions on time and within budget
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with quality assurance testing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cloud computing, database management, and programming languages is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
