Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration Lead Architect to lead our cloud migration projects for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud migration strategies, ensuring a smooth transition from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and development teams to deliver successful cloud migration projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud migration strategies for our clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current infrastructure and applications to identify their migration needs and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget, to ensure successful cloud migration projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee the execution of cloud migration projects, providing guidance and support to the team.
• Communicate project progress and any potential issues to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Mentor and train junior members of the team on cloud migration processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and migration.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud migration strategies for large-scale projects.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
