Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automation systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, develop automation strategies, and lead the execution of automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize projects.
• Manage the design, development, and deployment of automation systems and processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation systems and processes, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, including standard operating procedures, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on automation technologies and best practices.
• Lead the training and development of team members on automation systems and processes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of automation projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies to continuously improve processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation technologies and project management.
• Strong technical background and understanding of automation systems and processes.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing automation projects.
• Experience with programming languages and software development is a plus.
