Job Description: Lobox is seeking an experienced AI Workflow Specialist Lead to join our team and drive the development and implementation of AI workflows. As an AI Workflow Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire workflow process, from data collection to model deployment, to ensure the successful integration of AI solutions into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI workflows to address them
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI workflows, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and validation
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all AI workflows
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Train and mentor team members on AI workflow best practices and technologies
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and data science, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within our organization
• Communicate complex technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools to enhance our AI workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI workflow development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, techniques, and algorithms
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience working with AI libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Pandas, NumPy)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying AI models to the cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and data science
