Salary: $285000 - $352000

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. As the Cybersecurity Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in protecting the company's sensitive information and ensuring the overall security of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's data and systems.
• Lead the design and architecture of secure systems, networks, and applications.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential cybersecurity threats.
• Develop incident response and disaster recovery plans to ensure prompt and effective response to cyber attacks.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices to continuously improve the company's security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into the development process of new systems and applications.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify any gaps or weaknesses in the company's security framework.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Lead Architect or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• In-depth understanding of network and system security, cryptography, and secure coding practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, DLP, and WAF.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are preferred.
