Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Manager Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Machine Learning Manager Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our machine learning team to develop cutting-edge solutions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of machine learning engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Oversee the entire machine learning process, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to identify business needs and develop machine learning solutions that align with company goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and provide guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure the implementation of best practices and emerging technologies
• Develop and maintain machine learning models and algorithms, and continuously monitor and improve their performance
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Create and maintain documentation for machine learning projects, including code, models, and data sets
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong background in machine learning and deep learning techniques, such as regression, clustering, classification, neural networks, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or financial industries is a plus
