Salary: $285000 - $352000

Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Security Lead Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Security Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing the security of our cloud infrastructure and ensuring the protection of our sensitive data. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures, monitor and mitigate potential risks, and oversee the overall security strategy for our cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud security strategy in line with industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of security controls and measures to protect our cloud infrastructure and data.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and address potential security threats.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts, and take appropriate actions to mitigate any security incidents.
• Manage access controls and permissions for cloud resources, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data.
• Collaborate with our IT and security teams to develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends, and proactively implement necessary measures to safeguard our cloud environment.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
• Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and present reports on the status of our cloud security posture to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security management, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSK are highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud security architecture and best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, network security, and data protection.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of security professionals.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
