Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions for our clients.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Design and develop high-quality technical architectures and solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, deployment guides, and technical specifications.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and communicate with project stakeholders as needed.
Ensure compliance with established development standards, processes, and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our technical delivery capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven experience in delivering complex, enterprise-level projects.
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
Extensive experience in designing and developing technical architectures and solutions.
Proficient in a variety of programming languages, such as Java, C++, or .NET.
In-depth knowledge of web technologies, databases, and cloud computing.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
