Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT training programs and curriculum for employees at all levels of the organization
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and design appropriate training solutions
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, including presentations, videos, and job aids
Deliver training programs through a variety of mediums, including classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and e-learning modules
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality of training delivery
Serve as a subject matter expert on our organization's technology systems and provide ongoing support and guidance to employees
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT training and incorporate them into our training programs
Lead a team of IT Training Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development
Partner with other departments to ensure the integration of IT training into overall employee development programs
Collaborate with IT leadership to identify and prioritize training needs based on business goals and objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors to leverage their expertise and resources

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT training, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge and understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Experience with various training delivery methods, including classroom instruction, virtual sessions, and e-learning
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training development tools
Professional certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) preferred
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms preferred
