Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Strategy Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Data Strategy Manager Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our company's data strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management, analytics, and business strategy, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's data strategy in collaboration with the executive team and other key stakeholders.
• Lead a team of data analysts and strategists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to identify insights and trends that will inform business decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of company data.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of data-driven initiatives.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on trends and best practices in data management and analytics.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data infrastructure and systems.
• Communicate and present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful data strategies.
• Strong understanding of data management and analytics tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify insights and trends.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
