Salary: $138 Per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Manager Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Science Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and driving data-driven solutions to support business objectives. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing data strategies, as well as identifying opportunities to optimize and improve processes through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of data scientists and provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Lead the development and implementation of data strategies to support business objectives
• Identify and prioritize data-driven projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through quality assurance processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong understanding of data science methodologies and tools, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing data-driven projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
