Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Automation Specialist Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Automation Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of cloud automation specialists in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated cloud solutions for our clients. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cloud automation specialists in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automated cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of automation solutions by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and automation tools and provide recommendations for their integration into our processes.
• Mentor and train team members on automation best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Create and maintain documentation of automation processes and procedures.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize automation workflows.
• Proactively monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve any automation-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud technologies and automation tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Extensive experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of networking and security principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects.
