Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software strategies that support the company's vision and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers to ensure successful execution of strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful software strategies
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
