Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Process Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Robotics Process Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing robotic process automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation and robotics, with a passion for utilizing technology to streamline and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business processes that can benefit from automation
• Design and develop robotic process automation solutions using industry-leading tools and techniques
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of automation processes
• Monitor and maintain existing automation processes, making necessary updates and improvements as needed
• Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing automation tools and processes
• Analyze and report on the performance of automation processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in robotics and process automation, incorporating new technologies and methods into our processes
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation processes with existing systems and applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process automation and robotics
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing automation processes
• Experience in project management and process improvement is a plus
