Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end deployment process of AI solutions, from planning and development to testing and implementation.
Collaborate with various teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project goals and requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of AI projects.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
Conduct regular status updates and communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Manage and coach a team of AI deployment specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous learning.
Stay updated on the latest AI technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improve deployment processes.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the AI deployment team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in deploying AI solutions, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and JIRA.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex AI projects within budget and timeline.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation is a plus.
