About the Role: As a Cloud Migration Specialist Lead, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients seamlessly transition their IT infrastructure to the cloud. You will be responsible for leading a team of migration specialists and ensuring the successful execution of cloud migration projects. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of migration specialists and provide guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design a customized cloud migration strategy.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for cloud migration projects.
• Manage project resources and ensure efficient utilization to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing and migration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration tools and technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cloud migration projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Certifications in cloud computing and project management (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP) are a plus.
