Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Architect Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge machine learning solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in the development of advanced machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies and techniques to enhance the performance of existing machine learning solutions.
• Manage the entire machine learning project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including executives and non-technical team members.
• Ensure the team follows best practices and industry standards for machine learning development.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Proven experience in project management and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the development of machine learning solutions for real-world applications is a plus.
