Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of technical delivery specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to understand client needs and develop effective delivery strategies.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients on technical aspects of our products and services.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions and services.
Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for team members and clients.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for continuous improvement of our products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical delivery or project management role, preferably in a software or technology company.
Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions and services to clients.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
