Responsibilities:

Design and develop blockchain-based architectures, including distributed ledger, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas where blockchain technology can be integrated
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define blockchain strategy and roadmap
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology
Create and maintain technical documentation, such as system architecture and design specifications
Lead the development team to implement blockchain solutions according to the defined architecture
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the blockchain systems
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the development and implementation process
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on blockchain technology and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in blockchain technology
In-depth knowledge of blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda
Hands-on experience with smart contract development languages, such as Solidity or Go
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++
Strong understanding of cryptography and security principles in blockchain
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex blockchain projects
