Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Data Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of data from various sources, such as databases, applications, and external systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, a deep understanding of data structures, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using ETL tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify integration needs and develop data integration strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and ensure data quality and consistency
• Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules to support data integration processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes to identify and resolve any issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for data integration processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize data integration processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data integration and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our data integration capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data mapping
• Experience with ETL tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
• Proficiency in SQL and database design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with cloud-based data integration platforms, such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory, is a plus
• Certifications in data integration and ETL tools are preferred but not required
