Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees on a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain accurate records of all support activities and document solutions for future reference
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology and system upgrades
Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to address technical issues and concerns
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously improve our systems and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and software
Experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers
Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required. The IT Support Engineer will primarily work in an office environment, but may be required to travel to other company locations as needed.
