Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop data migration processes, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain data mapping documents and data dictionaries
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and ensure data integrity throughout the migration process
Test and validate data migration processes to ensure accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain documentation for all data migration processes and procedures
Work with database administrators to optimize data storage and retrieval processes
Monitor data migration processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise
Provide support and training to end-users on data migration processes
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data migration and integration

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Migration Developer or in a similar role
Strong experience with ETL tools and data integration technologies
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
Experience with data modeling and data mapping
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
