Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop data warehouse architecture, data models, and ETL processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks
Monitor and tune the data warehouse to ensure optimal performance and scalability
Develop and maintain documentation for data warehouse processes and procedures
Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure data accuracy
Troubleshoot data warehouse issues and provide timely resolutions
Develop and implement data security protocols to protect sensitive data
Stay updated with the latest data warehouse technologies and best practices
Train and mentor junior data warehouse team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehouse development and maintenance
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL tools, and SQL
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL Server or Oracle
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
