Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This role will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our company's IT systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of all systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by end-users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain new systems and upgrades.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, including training and troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with networking and server management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
