Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, digital ads, and social media graphics
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute branding and promotional campaigns
Create visually striking and effective designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience
Stay updated on current design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of designs
Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet project objectives
Communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of final designs
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and provide creative insights and ideas

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate setting
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of printing processes and specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends
